Zone Femmes (Belgium) is an official partner of the WOMEN UP project. This non-profit supports migrant and refugee women through education, cultural mediation, psychosocial support, and non-formal training.
Zone Femmes contributes by:
- Offering career counselling and empowerment workshops
- Guiding access to training and labour market opportunities
- Providing administrative and emotional support to enable participation
Together, WOMEN UP and Zone Femmes turn mentoring and training into sustainable pathways to employment and autonomy.

Tailored Course Modules Development
Our course modules offer a comprehensive framework for adult educators, including trainers, cultural mediators, and social workers, to effectively support vulnerable women, particularly single mothers, in their upskilling and preparation for the labor market. With nine modules covering the European Lifecomp Framework, participants gain a deep understanding of personal and professional development. Starting with Lifecomp principles, trainers explore the specific needs of vulnerable women and learn practical strategies for integration.

he development of our counseling program provides targeted guidance and support to organizations working with disadvantaged women. This program, meticulously designed, directly addresses the unique challenges and needs of vulnerable women, including single mothers, refugees, and migrants. By focusing on skill enhancement and labor market integration, we aim to empower these women for success.
